The painting depicts a large beautiful elephant on the move, traveling through the graffiti riddled city of Los Angeles. Today we’d like to introduce you to Adam Stone.

Adam, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today? I was born on Hollywood Blvd in 1966. I come from a hyper-creative family of professional fine artists. My paintings are visceral manifestations of intimate journeys I take deep within my subconscious mind and body. My process often mirrors the magic of a free style dance where the raw power of impulse, instinct and trust riffs with an all too willing sense of freedom and unbridled imagination. The results are often like dreamscapes where narratives and characters slowly reveal themselves to me with each new brushstroke.
